You Break Through

I had a great experience at this dental office! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. A huge thank you to Dr. Mimi, Vi, Sarah, and Emma for taking such great care of me. They were all kind, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. You can really tell that this is a team that cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. I really appreciate everyone who helped me and made my visit such a great experience. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental team.

Overall it was a good experience and I felt that I was very well taken care of. The overall feel of the office is very pleasant but also very "for-profit" vibes, especially for a medical facility. They're very quick and able to do certain procedures same day as initial intake appointment which I very much appreciated. It was a bit weird, normally for dental appointments at a new place they do the x-rays, a cleaning, and then the dentist comes and looks at your teeth. Here it was x-rays, immediately into the dentist poking around in my mouth, then they left the room and the patient care coordinator came in to discuss the various services the dentist indicated that they recommended I have and discuss price options and scheduling and stuff. The prices I was shown appear to be double the average out of pocket expense, for instance for a crown I was quoted around $1500 (the average currently in Seattle is $750 out of pocket). Depending on the price and the immediacy of the need for service definitely a good place to go, but I would shop around for better prices if you are able to.
