We are Dentists of Queen Anne

I visited May 13 and received an exam and cleaning and laser gum treatment. The employees are kind and explained everything thoroughly. This was my first time visiting after getting on my own insurance and I was a bit nervous but Kran did an amazing job explaining everything they were doing during the exam to me. Dr. Kehui Wang was excellent and very kind when going over my medical history and dental x-rays. Both they and Kran were very funny and chatty and made me feel comfortable on my first visit and during the cleaning process. I think the one thing that could be improved upon is the interaction with the front desk staff. The man who checked me in and went over the financials with me was a bit cold and when he spoke to me I felt more like a sale he was lining up than a patient. That being said, the care from the medical staff was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone who is going to the dentist for the first time. If I could give separate rating the medical staff gave a 5/5 experience and the front desk man was 3/5 and could improve on their customer service.

I normally don’t go to the dentist, but I was recommended to go here, and the experience was amazing. I was greeted warmly at the front desk, and the paperwork process was smooth and easy. Afterwards, the lovely DA, Sarah, took me back. I usually get uncomfortable with x-rays and impressions, but she made me feel very comfortable, and everything was quick and easy! When I was seen by Dr. Mimi, she was very welcoming and warm, so I knew I was in great hands. She thoroughly examined my teeth, and Dr. Mimi was also able to remove old glue from my braces that hadn’t been removed previously. It was so nice that they were able to offer that service. Sarah did an exceptional job assisting and cleaning my teeth. I already have another appointment scheduled, and I know the service will be just as amazing when I come back again!

Excellent experience at Dentists of Queen Anne! The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was very clean and modern, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The entire visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dental office in Seattle!
